After thirty, a man who doesn't train loses somewhere between three and eight percent of his muscle every decade, and most of it goes quietly. By forty-five you feel it as a stiff back, a two o'clock wall, a belt notch. Carbon Engines builds the training that reverses it, starting from a real assessment of where you are.
Muscle goes first, then the aerobic engine, then sleep, and each one makes the next easier to lose. Recovery slows down, so the workouts that worked at twenty-five start leaving you sore for days or hurt.
None of that means you train less seriously. It means you train smarter: enough load to keep the muscle, enough recovery to come back stronger, and a plan that survives a busy week.
This is training and nutrition coaching. It isn't medical care, and it works alongside whatever your doctor has you doing.

No. Muscle stays trainable for life. Men in their forties, fifties, and well beyond gain strength and muscle with a well-built program. The decline is real, but it is one of the most reversible things in the body.
Three or four sessions a week of forty-five to sixty minutes is enough for most men, if the sessions are built right. Recovery matters more than it did at twenty-five, so the plan accounts for it.
Usually, yes. Exercises are chosen around what your joints tolerate today. Check with your doctor about anything that's currently injured.
No. Coaching is online, so you can train at any gym, anywhere.
